Symposium : “The Bridge Between Two Worlds”.
It is our great pleasure to invite you all to attend the Memorial Symposium on the 50th Death Anniversary of Swami Abhishiktananda from the 7th to the 9th of December 2023. The arrival date will be on the 6th and the departure will be on the 10th of December.
The theme of the Symposium will be “The Bridge Between Two Worlds”. It will be a Tribute to Swami Abishiktananda (Henri Le Saux) for his great contribution to his works and life in the field of Interreligious Dialogue. His dream was to bring about a Religious Dialogue between Hindus and Christians. During his life, most of the dialogues in which he actively participated were in the form of Ecumenical Encounters between Christians and Hindus.
